Hill Park Reserve Construction Update

“Man — there is a lot going on at Hill Park and the Reserve! We knew there would be demand for office and medical space in a lifestyle, exercise focused environment, but we did not have any idea that half of the entire project would be committed before the first building was complete. If you would like a tour of what is coming and what opportunities are still available, we would be glad to put you on the ATV for a ride you will not forget. We hope you will leave thinking that we have hit the mark trying to bring thoughts of running, biking, paddle boarding, hammocks, water, wildlife and the outdoors in general to an office park environment.” Joshua Brown | Haag Brown Commerical

Corporate office park to set up business in Jonesboro

JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) -Haag Brown Commercial is bringing a different take on work to Jonesboro.

The real estate company is developing what employees call the city's first lifestyle office environment.

Situated near the Highland Walmart, The Reserve at Hill Park will offer 38 acres of outdoor distractions including running and biking trails, a lake with a dock, a pavilion for outdoor meetings and much more.

The site will also be home to Haag Brown's new headquarters since the company has outgrown its current office space, and Jones & Company will join the lot that faces Browns Lane.

The catch is that it's private for Haag Brown, Ritter Communications, Stephens, Inc. and Jones & Company employees and their friends and family.

Josh Brown said they want to enjoy nature during the work day since they spend more time at the office than at home.

"You don't have that ability in Jonesboro," Brown said. "If you go running on your lunch break, you have to drive to Craighead Forest or somewhere else or run in traffic. The same thing with riding bikes. There's just no where to do it if you want to do it any other time than before or after work."

Brown said The Reserve has room for more businesses.

Two of their closest clients are looking to headquarter there, but Brown wouldn't say who.

"This is your corporate office park," he said. "We've got a lot of acres here with Stephens, Ritter, Jones & Company and with us. We're kind of lining the perimeter so we hoping to fill in the gaps."

Brown expects to open their office by Spring 2016.
