Hill Park Reserve Construction Update

“Man — there is a lot going on at Hill Park and the Reserve! We knew there would be demand for office and medical space in a lifestyle, exercise focused environment, but we did not have any idea that half of the entire project would be committed before the first building was complete. If you would like a tour of what is coming and what opportunities are still available, we would be glad to put you on the ATV for a ride you will not forget. We hope you will leave thinking that we have hit the mark trying to bring thoughts of running, biking, paddle boarding, hammocks, water, wildlife and the outdoors in general to an office park environment.” Joshua Brown | Haag Brown Commerical

“The Reserve at Hill Park is taking shape. The street connection to Ritter Drive and the Hill Park curbs have been installed.Grading is complete and curbs are being installed from the entrance to the round-a-bout. The running trail surface has been cleared and almost half of the walking trail has been finished. The pond grading, levee & well are complete. The dock and pavilion construction will start in about 30 days.

The two medical projects are progressing toward a scheduled completion in early December. Foundations and slabs are installed and framing has begun. Parking and curb construction will begin in the next few weeks.

Clearing for Haag Brown’s new corporate office is complete along with the rough grading for the building and parking. With plans being finalized we expect to be able to start construction in the coming months.” RobHester | StonebridgeConstruction
